No experience? No problem. We offer hands-on paid training and will pay for you to be licensed.

FULL TIME, PART TIME AND PER DIEM OPPORTUNITIES!

Days: 6a-2p

Evenings: 2p-10p

Nights: 10p-6a

RATES START at $19.50-$20.75/HR

*Additional $1.25/HR differential on evenings

*Additional $2/HR differential on weekends

Your main role will be to deliver care to our residents within a warm, comfortable, and home-like environment.

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Assisting residents with activities of daily living, such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
  • Documenting care provided and reporting any changes in resident health or behavior to appropriate staff.
  • Engaging residents in meaningful activities and providing emotional support.
  • Utilizing customer service skills to ensure that residents receive exceptional and meaningful care.
  • Other duties as needed.

Job Requirements

Requirements:

  • Demonstrates proficiency at reading and understanding a Resident Care Service Plan or assignment (e.g., ADLs and introductory visits)
  • Previous experience working with people with dementia is desired.
  • Willingness to learn!
