The Birches of Concord is looking for a Business Office/Human Resources Manager to join our dedicated team!
As the Business Office/Human Resources Manager, you will report to the Executive Director and maintain a close relationship with corporate accounting and Human Resources as well as the Organizational Development teams.
Responsibilities include:
- Acting as the initial point-of-contact for all HR and accounting related matters
- Managing the recruitment process in your community, including updates in the ATS, outreach to and screening of candidates, and managing the offer and onboarding process
- Interpreting policies and procedures and communicating them to all employees both proactively and in response to questions
- Processing A/R and A/P timely
- Processing monthly billing statements, answering related question from residents and families in a timely manner
- Processing employee payroll and archiving and discarding payrolls at the end of each cycle
- Analyzing variances in departmental payroll vs. budget
- Gathering monthly accruals from department heads
- Producing proposals and presentation packets
