New Pond Village is looking for a caring and compassionate CNA or HHA! As a Resident Care Associate, your primary focus will be to provide nursing care to our residents in a home like setting. If you have a strong passion for helping others and take pride in what you do and are looking for a great company who shares your vision, than this is the ideal opportunity for you!

Responsibilities:

• Assisting with activities of daily living including their meals, transferring them using appropriate assistive devices, bathing, toileting, dressing and grooming
• Implementing residents personal care service plans, focusing on preferences and preferred routines, while providing a sense of comfort, companionship and belonging.
• Utilizing customer service skills to ensure that residents have an exceptional stay
• Documenting observations of resident’s behavior, including complaints or physical symptoms
• Other duties as needed
