Job Description

Haverhill Crossings, a Senior Living Community is searching for a Part time Concierge who will serve as the First Impression to our residents, visitors, families and prospective residents visiting our community.  This position serves as the receptionist at our front desk area and manages multiple office tasks throughout the shift.  This position is part time, and includes every other weekend from 4p-7p, also includes a rotating Monday / Tuesday shift each week from 4p-7p.

  • Functions as the "hub" of communications throughout the community for our residents, visitors and staff.

  • Flexible availability – looking to work weekends and holidays.
  • High level multi-tasker, able to manage numerous tasks/projects simultaneously.
  • Ability to come up with creative solutions for challenging situations.
  • Great attention to detail, observant and intuitive.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Hotel/Resort experience a plus.
  • Excellent verbal, written and phone communication skills.
  • Expert in standard MS Office programs(Outlook, Word, Excel, etc.)
  • A passion for serving people.
