What is our need: Part-time and Full-time positions available:
7am to 3pm
3pm to 11pm
11pm to 7am
Competitive Pay: Starting at $20/hour.
***Ridgefield Crossings is located on the Ridgefield/Danbury border just minutes away from the Danbury Fair Mall***
Benefits:
Responsibilities:
• Interacting with our residents and families on a daily basis
• Utilizing customer service skills to ensure that residents receive exceptional care
• Following the Resident Care Standards and Practices to ensure proper procedures are followed
• Assisting residents with their meals, transferring using appropriate assistive devices, bathing, toileting, dressing and grooming
Requirements:
• Valid CT HHA certificate required or CT CNA license
• Prior experience in a skilled nursing or assisted living community is preferred
