Meadow Ridge, a member of the Benchmark Senior Living family of communities  is seeking  a Human Resources Coordinator to join our team. The HR Coordinator is responsible for supporting all areas within HR. They will have a primary focus on supporting recruiting efforts, in-service completion and personnel file management across the community. They  will also work  on continuous improvement projects on a regular basis. The Human Resources Coordinator will assist with all aspects of the on-boarding process such as drafting offer letters, pre-hire communication, conducting pre-hire screenings, scheduling new hire orientation sessions, etc. This position reports directly to Human Resources Director.

Job Requirements

 

  • High School graduate or equivalent certificate; Associates or Bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • 1-3 years of relevant prior work experience.
  • Demonstrated ability to set priorities, complete assignments in a timely manner while managing multiple duties and responsibilities.
  • Ability to learn HR processes and procedures
  • Possesses excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Ability to be flexible and work in an environment that promotes teamwork and collaboration.
  • Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality.
  • Strong organizational skills.
