3rd shift availability required!

Shift Differential $6 hours for 3rd shift

Additional $2 an hour on weekend shifts

Your responsibilities will include

  • Directing and supervising the daily work assignments of the Resident Care Assistants
  • Being the first point of contact for the care associates regarding assignment questions or concerns
  • Coordinating care needs with community providers via an effective case management process

Job Requirements

Responsibilities:

  • Closely mentors, guides, and directs the CNAs in all aspects of their job.
  • Coordinates care needs with community providers via an effective case management process
  • Measures and accurately records vital signs (temperatures, pulse, respiration, blood pressure weight and height) where appropriate as per state regulations
  • Accurately assesses, communicates, and documents residents’ status
  • Successfully implements the plan of care
  • Administer resident’s medication according to physician’s orders
