We have PT and per diem LPN opportunities available in Ridge Crest, our nationally recognized and Five Star Long-Term Care and Short Term Rehabilitation neighborhood

3rd shift availability required!

Shift Differential $6 hours for 3rd shift

Additional $2 an hour on weekend shifts

Your responsibilities will include

• Directing and supervising the daily work assignments of the Resident Care Assistants
• Being the first point of contact for the care associates regarding assignment questions or concerns
• Coordinating care needs with community providers via an effective case management process
