Job Description
Edgehill CCRC, a five star Senior Living Community is searching for a Per Diem Concierge who will serve as the First Impression to our residents, visitors, families and prospective residents visiting our community.
- Exemplifies the Edgehill/Benchmark culture of Elevating Human Connections with every interaction.
- Provides an excellent First Impression to residents & guests projecting a welcoming and professional image at all times.
- Functions as the "hub" of communications throughout the community for our residents, visitors and staff.

Job Requirements
- Energetic and engaging personality.
- Great “service recovery” skills.
- Flexible availability – looking to work weekends and holidays.
- High level multi-tasker, able to manage numerous tasks/projects simultaneously.
- Ability to come up with creative solutions for challenging situations.
- Great attention to detail, observant and intuitive.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Hotel/Resort experience a plus.
- Excellent verbal, written and phone communication skills.
- Expert in standard MS Office programs(Outlook, Word, Excel, etc.)
- A passion for serving people.
